Meet the Ladies!

We are principled women on a journey to learn chiropractic together while building our lifelong community. We love showing up for our local cities through service at local women’s shelters, the Ronald McDonald House, clothing drives, soup kitchens, and fun fundraising events like yoga in the park. We choose to help empower women by hosting women-led seminars and complimentary webinars. We’re always excited to welcome new women into Beta Chapter, and we look forward to meeting those who share our vision!

The Executive Board serves as the leadership team for the Beta Chapter. Each Executive Board is elected by the members of the chapter, reflecting the trust and confidence placed in its leaders. We work behind the scenes to keep our chapter organized, connected, and moving forward. From planning events and overseeing chapter operations to supporting our sisters and encouraging professional growth; our goal is to create an experience that reflects the values and vision of Chi Rho Lambda while helping every member thrive.

Beta’s Beginnings

In the winter of 2021, BreAnn Hoffman and Morgan Guillory went searching for a professional chiropractic sorority whose mission and values reflected their shared goals. That led them to Chi Rho Lambda, where a strong connection to principled chiropractic, leadership, and meaningful community inspired them.

In March 2021, they traveled to Lake Tahoe, Nevada, to attend Chi Rho Lambda's annual retreat, where they experienced what it was like to be a sister. Motivated by this experience, they returned to Texas with a clear vision of establishing the Beta Chapter at Parker University.

From that foundation, the Beta Chapter was born and grew through early dedication and a shared vision. This evolved into a community centered on service, leadership, connection, and principles.

The Beta Chapter began with a vision to create a welcoming community for principled women in chiropractic.

From the Beta Chapter President ♡

Chi Rho Lambda has had such a big impact on my chiropractic journey by helping me build a strong foundation in chiropractic philosophy and showing me just how beautiful this profession really is. It strengthened my belief that the body is designed to heal itself and that God has given us everything we need to function the way we were created. Because of that foundation, I have so much more confidence when caring for patients and explaining why chiropractic matters. It has also helped shape my passion for working with women and children. I believe the earlier we can support a child’s nervous system and overall health, the better foundation we can help create for the rest of their life.

Thank you for loving me, believing in me, and reminding me why I chose this path in the first place. The friendships, encouragement, laughs, and lessons I’ve found through Chi Rho Lambda have truly meant more to me than I can put into words. I’ll always be grateful for the way everyone has poured into me, and I’ll carry a little piece of Chi Rho with me wherever this journey takes me.

Yours in Support and Service,

  • "Chi Rho Lambda reminded me that our journey is meant to be shared and celebrated. The community I found in my sisters became one of the biggest blessings both in and out of school."

  • "Joining XPL means joining so much more than a club. This is such a wonderful organization of women who are going to be/are powerful and inspiring chiropractors. This is also a sisterhood of shoulders to cry on, comforting hugs, much needed advice, and endless, endless, ENDLESS support. They say in chiropractic school you make lifelong bonds and I absolutely made them."
